Bussola Vintage is a small shop run by Zeina Mousa in Lebanon. This page explains, in plain words, what personal information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you send us a message through the contact form: your name, your email address and/or phone number, and what you write to us.
- When you place or reserve an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and area, any notes you add, the pieces you chose and how you plan to pay. The website also records the technical details WooCommerce keeps with every order, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page or link that brought you to the shop.
- When you browse: the website uses a few cookies to make the cart work (see below). We do not ask you to create an account.
Why we use it
Only to answer your messages, to prepare, confirm and deliver your order, to keep our own records of what we sold, and to keep the website secure and free of spam. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Payments
This website does not take card payments and never sees any card or bank details. You pay by Whish Money or OMT transfer, or in cash when your order is delivered. If you pay through Whish or OMT, their own privacy terms apply to that transfer.
Cookies
The cart uses small cookies that remember the pieces you added while you browse. They are needed for the cart to work. The cookie notice at the bottom of the page lets you accept or decline optional cookies. If you decline, the website works exactly the same. If analytics are switched on for this website, they only load after you accept.
Who else sees your information
- Our website hosting provider, who stores the website and its data on our behalf.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message or order through WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
- The person delivering your order, who needs your name, phone number and address.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and orders for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep a record of our sales. You can ask us to delete or correct your details at any time (see below), unless we need to keep them for our records.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just write to us on the Contact Us page or on WhatsApp and we will reply as soon as we can.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
